Onam at RCET: A celebration of unity, heritage, and student talent.

Rohini College of Engineering and Technology, recognized among the Best Colleges in Kanyakumari, recently celebrated Onam with grandeur, combining cultural traditions, student creativity, and community spirit. The event reflected the institution’s commitment to nurturing holistic growth alongside academic excellence.

The celebration transformed the campus into a vibrant cultural arena. Students from various departments showcased their talents through classical dances, musical concerts, and skits that highlighted the values of harmony and togetherness. Beautifully crafted Pookalams (floral arrangements) adorned the college grounds, creating a colourful and festive atmosphere.

Traditional Onam games were also part of the event, encouraging teamwork, unity, and healthy competition among students. Faculty and students dressed in traditional Kerala attire, adding authenticity and vibrancy to the celebration.

The event was made successful through the guidance and encouragement of the Honourable Chairman, Respected Pro-Chairman, Respected Managing Director, and Principal, who extended their blessings and appreciation to the participants.
